Your name, email, phone number, your consent, and the answers you type during the pre-interview.
How AI is used
An AI assistant asks job-related questions, may ask short follow-ups, and drafts a neutral summary of the job-related evidence in your answers. It is instructed never to consider age, race, sex, gender, disability, health, religion, national origin, accent, family status, appearance, or other personal characteristics.
Who decides
The AI never hires or rejects anyone. Authorized DoubleTree Memphis managers review your full transcript and make all decisions.
Access and retention
Records are stored securely and are visible only to signed-in hiring managers. Managers can permanently delete a record at any time.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary. To request deletion of your information or an alternative application method, contact the hotel's front office or human resources team.
